Singular Experiences Andorra is the commercial brand under which AC DYNAMIC PROJECTS offers its services.
We may process identity and contact data such as name, company or organisation and email; project or group data such as group type, participant numbers, dates, nights, needs, objectives and preferences; communication content; and technical data strictly required for website security and operation.
Please do not submit sensitive data or third-party data unless strictly necessary and you have a lawful basis to do so.
Enquiries and proposal requests: to respond, understand requirements, prepare a proposal and follow up. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and, where no pre-contractual relationship exists, consent expressed by submitting the enquiry.
Service delivery and coordination: to manage the relationship, providers, logistics, incidents and administrative duties. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
Marketing communications: only where there is consent, a prior relationship or another applicable lawful basis, always with an easy opt-out. Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest in protecting the website, systems and users.
Enquiries that do not lead to a service relationship are kept only as long as needed to respond and reasonably follow up, and for no more than twelve months after the last communication unless required to address potential liability.
Contract-related data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for applicable tax, accounting and liability limitation periods. Consent-based data is kept until consent is withdrawn, without affecting prior lawful processing.
We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email, maintenance, security or other technology providers may access it as processors acting under documented instructions.
Where needed to prepare or deliver a requested service, the minimum relevant data may be shared with local providers, accommodation, transport operators, venues, guides or other partners. Data may also be disclosed to public bodies, courts or authorities where legally required.

We use technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk to protect confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience. No system is infallible; measures are reviewed and access is limited to people and providers who need it.

We may request additional information to verify identity. Exercise is free and we will respond within the statutory time limits.

The website forms and services are not directed at children. Where a proposal includes minors, necessary information must be provided by legal representatives or with the relevant authority. Health data or other sensitive information about minors should not be submitted through the general form.
